I want a cozy, but didn't see just the right fabric - can you help?
You can send us fabric (see question below), or contact us with a detailed request for help finding what
you're looking for. We are continually updating our fabric inventory and can let you know if we have a
fabric close to what you want arriving soon. Our customers' feedback is very useful to us in selecting our
fabrics and products.
Can you make me a cozy with fabric I provide?
We are happy to make Special Orders for you. Contacting us with specifics is necessary, but generally we
can make any size cozy from 1/2 yard of fabric. An extra handling charge will be added for Special Orders
(usually $6 per cozy) and extra time will be required.
Can you help me choose tassel and cord trims to match my fabric choice?
Coordinating trim colors for each fabric are listed in the specialized fabric categories (but not in "All
Fabrics"). Please contact us prior to making your order if you want additional help choosing a coordinating
or contrasting trim. We enjoy helping our customers find just the right accent for their custom cozies!
How quickly is my order shipped?
Custom Cozies and Coffee Snugs are usually shipped within 5-7 business days from receipt of your order.
Our goal is to provide a quality custom product. Teapots and tea accessories are usually shipped within 3-5
business days of receipt of your order. If you're ordering custom cozies with teapots and accessories, we
will ship everything together unless you specify otherwise. If you have special shipping requirements,
contact us and we'll work with you to try and meet your needs.
How do I take care of my custom cozy?
Care instructions are included with your Custom Cozy. Dry cleaning is recommended, but you can spot
clean cotton fabrics with mild dish detergent and air drying. A lukewarm bath in mild dish soap and air
drying can be done occasionally with cotton fabrics followed by a quick ironing. Avoid machine washing
and drying.
Can you custom print invitations/announcements?
We can print your tea party, bridal shower, or birthday tea invitation on any of our rectangular stationery at
a charge of 25 cents per card.
What about custom printing place cards?
We can print your guests' names, or the names of the dishes you're serving to be used on your buffet
table, on any of our place cards for 10 cents per card.
Is there a danger of lead in your teapots, mugs, and kettles?
Everyone, including us, wants to make sure that the products they use are safe. We have been
assured by all of our suppliers that our products come from factories whose clay and glazes have
been tested and conform to all FDA standards to be free of lead. Our English tea kettles also are
made with lead-free solder and the tin linings are free of any lead.
