Return, Exchange & Warranty Policies
Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. We will try to meet your expectations.
Returns:
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt by you. Items must be unused and in new condition. It
is necessary to contact us by phone or email for authorization and instructions before sending any item
back to Custom Cozies.
If the merchandise was received damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund, including return
shipping costs.
If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund on the merchandise, but
not on any shipping cost. Orders that qualified for "free shipping" will receive a refund minus the actual
cost of the free shipping.
We will make refunds by crediting the same credit card used for the purchase only. Payments by check
will be refunded by check.
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we will refund the cost of the
merchandise minus the return shipping costs.
Exception: All Special Orders and closeout sales are considered final. These items cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
Merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of receipt by you. Items must be unused and
in new condition. You must contact us by phone or email for authorization and instructions before
sending any item back to Custom Cozies..
If the merchandise was damaged or defective, we will pay for shipping of the replacement merchandise.
You will receive credit for the returned merchandise and your shipping cost for the return. You will be
charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order and the returned item's
credits.
If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it at full value. You will have to pay
both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement order. You will be charged or
credited for the difference in price between the replacement order cost, including shipping, and the
returned item's credits.
We will make refunds by crediting the same credit card used for the purchase only. Payments by check
will be refunded by check.
Exception: All Special Orders and closeout sales are considered final. These items cannot be
exchanged.
Warranties:
Custom Cozies and Coffee Snugs are warranted by Custom Cozies to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. The warranty is
void if the item has been damaged by negligence, accident or mishandling; or has been altered or
repaired in any way. In the first 30 days, the Return Policy applies. After 30 days, this warranty is
limited to replacement of the defective item with the same or similar item, at our discretion. You, the
owner, will be responsible for all shipping costs.
All teapots and tea accessories are sold without warranty by Custom Cozies. Some items may include a
manufacturer's limited warranty. If so, warranty administration will be handled directly by the
manufacturer.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THERE IS NO
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
No person or company is authorized to assume or imply any other warranty. Custom Cozies does not
assume responsibility or liability for: a) consequential damages of any kind which result from the use or
misuse of any item, b) damage or failure resulting from repair or modification of any item, c) damage
resulting from the misuse of any item.
